Welcome

“To listen is to lean in softly with the willingness to be changed by what you hear” ~ Mark Nepo

You know yourself better than anyone.

For many of us, complex chronic illness can take us deep into a journey of self discovery. My goal as I interface with my soul family here online is to help you make sense of the terrain, find some direction, and tap into the part of you that knows what you need.

To see more information about how I work more in-depth with patients here in Oregon and Washington please see the New Patients tab.

One of the most important tools to develop on this journey is your discernment. I think this is beyond valuable for everyone, especially during these times of unlimited access to so much information in the world. Be mindful of giving away your power to any person or any information you come across. What does giving away your power look like? A belief that the path to your health, salvation, happiness, safety, etc, lies outside of yourself. Others help guide you more quickly or more easily through sections of your path, but your path is always yours, the power to accomplish anything lies within you. You are always the hero of your journey.

My biggest motto (and something I hope you employ when engaging with my work): Take only what resonates with you and leave the rest. Many of us have to learn this the hard way, but it is okay to really value a person and not agree with everything they say. Don’t swallow concepts or beliefs you don’t resonate with just because you think they are a whole package. Simply drop what doesn’t resonate with you, you might pick it up later, or you may never find that it lands as truth for you. In case, like me, you struggled with this one: It is also okay to not value or resonate with everything a person has to say!

I am currently in a highly engaged process of expanding the resources and the information on my website. So please sign up for my songletter below so you can witness this world unfold. It’s going to be a lot of information, so take a breath, and see if you can find what feels like truth to you here.
